GIMAV strengthens its partnership with Messe Düsseldorf to further enhance Glasstec as a leading international platform for the European glass industry.

GIMAV announces the strengthening of its collaboration with Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and its Italian representative, Honegger, on the occasion of the upcoming edition of Glasstec, the world’s leading trade fair for technologies dedicated to the glass industry.

The partnership is built on a shared vision aimed at maintaining and further consolidating the exhibition as an international platform of industrial excellence, capable of fostering dialogue among the key global players in the sector and reinforcing the role of associations as structured, reliable partners committed to long-term relationship development.

Casa GIMAV: A Dedicated Space for Members – and 50 Free Entry Vouchers per Company

A key highlight of particular interest to GIMAV member companies is the creation of a dedicated space, “Casa GIMAV,” which will serve as the Association’s institutional headquarters during the fair, as well as a meeting point for its members.

Casa GIMAV will be designed as a space for connection, dialogue, and high-level networking, available to member companies and acting as a reference point for the Italian glass industry within the exhibition.

Further demonstrating its commitment to the entrepreneurial network represented by GIMAV, Messe Düsseldorf will provide each exhibiting member company with 50 complimentary visitor vouchers for Glasstec, encouraging broad, structured, and high-quality participation.

The Horizons of a New Synergy

In parallel, GIMAV and Messe Düsseldorf will develop a joint communication strategy aimed at promoting Glasstec, its content, and its central role in the international landscape of glass technologies, further strengthening its attractiveness for companies, stakeholders, and potential new exhibitors.

“I would like to express my sincere thanks to Messe Düsseldorf, Daniel Feische, and Armando Honegger for the quality of the dialogue and the constructive approach that made this collaboration possible,” stated Lucia Masutti, Director of GIMAV. “Casa GIMAV represents a concrete sign of mutual trust and an investment in the value of cooperation between associations and trade fair organizers. Italy and Germany represent outstanding industrial expertise: strengthening their dialogue means contributing to the development of an increasingly competitive, innovative, and quality-driven European industry.”

“It is a great pleasure for me to give visibility to GIMAV and its member companies exhibiting at Glasstec, the world’s leading trade fair for the sector, by offering them a highly prestigious stage in Düsseldorf. For many years, Italy has been one of Glasstec’s most important markets: the presence of Italian companies and the quality of their know-how are fundamental components. I am therefore very pleased to further deepen our collaboration and to once again welcome numerous Italian exhibitors and visitors to Düsseldorf in 2026,” stated Daniel Feische, Director of Glasstec.

This collaboration confirms GIMAV’s role as a platform representing and promoting the Italian glass industry within a structured international context. By generating new opportunities for its member companies and strengthening its positioning, the Association becomes an increasingly attractive interlocutor for new companies interested in joining a qualified network built on expertise, relationships, and strategic vision.
