frameXpress continues to build commercial presence

The latest commercial project for frameXpress is further strengthening the company’s corporate position within the sector.

The leading window, door and conservatory fabricator, was contracted recently to supply all windows and doors for a high specification regeneration project in Essex. The project valued in excess of £50,000 required excellent soundproofing and thermal efficiency throughout a new block of apartments in the Bradgate area.

All six floors required the latest energy efficient products to provide thermal insulation and easy maintenance.

200 casement windows were supplied along with a variety of both single and French doors from the frameXpress range.

Additionally the company supplied a keypad operated aluminium entrance door and secondary glazed windows to meet the stringent noise reduction requirements for the project. With security being of paramount importance, the specification included the latest Secured By Design products from frameXpress.

This is the latest in a number of new commercial projects for the company within the new build sector this year.

As demand for the company’s products continues to increase at a steady pace, senior management consider that the range and support services are helping to reinforce the corporate position in the commercial regeneration sector.

The range of projects for the company over the last 12 months have been varied with all departments working diligently to ensure that all technical requirements can be met for individual customers needs.

As a forward thinking company frameXpress believes in building strong working partnerships with customers, being able to understand the industry and the challenges that face them in the current economic climate. Customer satisfaction continues to take precedence as the team looks to further build excellent business relations with both customers and suppliers.

Using only the best materials including Profile 22 FS70 mm, Maco and Safeware locking systems, guarantees the highest performance from products in the range no matter how complicated the installation.

With industry accreditations including BS7950 : 1997 certification on casement and tilt and turn windows as well as the Secured By Design standards ensure that frameXpress’ customers have added advantages in respect of all sized projects.

Ian Davis, Sales Manager at frameXpress comments, “The Bradgate apartments are the very latest in modern architecture. We had to ensure that aesthetics, performance and durability of the products would match the high standards of the architect’s specifications. Once again the superior qualities associated with frameXpress have been reinforced.

A business will only survive if it can live up to the promises it makes.

Too many others will be quick to seize an opportunity which is why the entire team pulls together on all sized projects. Our philosophy remains the same as it has done for over 10 years – to provide the right products at the right price with customer satisfaction being paramount.”
