Fenzi Group expands its range of spacer products with the acquisition of Thermoseal.

Fenzi Group SpA (“Fenzi”), a Milan-based chemical company specializing in glass processing solutions, is excited to announce the acquisition of Thermoseal, a key player in the insulated glass (“IG”) industry. The transaction marks a significant milestone for both companies.

Alessandro Fenzi, CEO of Fenzi Group, expressed his excitement: “We welcome Thermoseal to the Fenzi family. Their expertise in IG solutions, particularly the innovative Thermoflex flexible spacer product, complements our global growth strategy.”

Gwain Paterson, Managing Director for Thermoseal, said: “We are delighted to work with the Fenzi team in the next phase of our company’s growth.” Gwain Paterson will remain as Managing Director and Board member of Thermoseal following the transaction.

Thermoseal’s cutting-edge product portfolio will enable Fenzi Group to expand Thermoflex and Thermobar sales internationally. The acquisition underscores Fenzi’s dedication to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the glass industry.
