On March 20th, 2018, the day before the opening of the trade fair Fensterbau Frontale in Nuremberg, the previous Executive Board of EuroWindoor was unanimously re-elected for three years.

The EuroWindoor leadership therefore continues to consist of President Joachim Oberrauch (Division Plastics), Vice-President Helle Carlsen Nielsen (Division Wood), Vice-President Franz Hauk (Division Metal) and unchanged Secretary General Frank Koos.

EuroWindoor consist of 17 national member associations from 13 European countries as well as one member of the company. Thus, since the founding of the European branch representation in 2015, seven new members have been joining.



Current topics of EuroWindoor's working program are

  • Upcoming revision of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR)
  • Correct energetic evaluation of transparent products within the frame-work of the EU Energy Performance of Building Directive (EPBD)
  • From 12 to 14 September 2018, EuroWindoor is conducting a study tour in the Berlin area.
  • On October 24th, 2018, EuroWindoor is organizing a forum entitled "Daylight by EuroWindoor" as part of the "glasstec conference" at Glasstec Düsseldorf.
