This prestigious label is awarded to only 15 companies worldwide and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Saint-Gobain's teams.

Saint-Gobain has been certified as Top Employer Global for the 8th consecutive year. Only 15 companies worldwide have been awarded this label.  

Claire Pedini, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility of Saint-Gobain, explains:

“This new "Top Employer Global" certification rewards all the actions and commitments implemented by Saint-Gobain worldwide to be a great place to work, where everyone’s talent is recognized and where teams are committed. It is proof that we are contributing on a daily basis, as a responsible employer, to building a more sustainable and inclusive world, in line with our purpose "Making the world a better home" and our strategic plan ‘’Grow & Impact’’. It is a testament to the constant efforts of our teams, particularly in human resources, to continue to make progress and achieve a score of 90% of Saint-Gobain’s employees who say they are proud of working for the company. This achievement is the result of a successful cultural transformation, based on trust, collaboration and empowerment.”  

Among the 20 criteria analyzed by the Top Employers Institute, Saint-Gobain made significant progress this year on 15 of them, specifically Sustainability (+6.69%), Diversity & Inclusion (+3.12%), Digital HR (+3.04%), Well-Being (+2.79%) and Talent acquisition (+2,43%).  

With the inclusion of Peru and Singapore in the ranking, this year 40 countries in which the Saint-Gobain Group operates have received the Top Employer label.
