“This new "Top Employer Global" certification rewards all the actions and commitments implemented by Saint-Gobain worldwide to be a great place to work, where everyone’s talent is recognized and where teams are committed. It is proof that we are contributing on a daily basis, as a responsible employer, to building a more sustainable and inclusive world, in line with our purpose "Making the world a better home" and our strategic plan ‘’Grow & Impact’’. This achievement is the result of a successful cultural transformation, based on trust, collaboration and empowerment.”
