Does anybody know of any subway system, or above ground railway, that uses heat-strengthened glass for the glazing in platform screen doors? I understand that toughened or laminated glass is normally used. Any information or advice regarding this subject will be welcome.

I have got a question. I heart recently about sandblasting mirrors (i.e. emblems, models) and then covering it with teflon. Can someone explain it to me? what is it about?

I have just installed new double glazing on some of my windows however i managed to scratch the outside surface yesterday when i washed the windows after getting my driveway powerwashed and there must have been a grit residue left behind (What has surprised me was how easily they scratched as my old windows are fine)
