A few months ago a customer contacted us about a mildew issue under the silicone on their frameless shower.  The shower was older; probably installed in the 1990s. 

My technicians went out, disassembled the shower, cleaned the glass and tile with a clorox cleaner.  They said they ate lunch after cleaning to allow time for the cleaner to dry up.  They put it all back together using a mildew-resistant silicone from CR Laurence and told the customers not to use the shower or get the silicone wet for at least 24 hours.

I am writing to you from, Glass-Chem Ltd., based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

We have in stock a special facade glass.

The glass is named: High Performance Bright Green Glass 40/29 (HP Bright Green 40/29) purchased from the US company: Guardian , during the period of October 2018.

quantity: 2176 sq.m (113 sheets) size: jumbo : 3.21 m x 6.00 m

The glass is 4 mm thick.

Recommended to be tempered.

In a Glass Facade Installation (narrow frame Sliding door)  the glass panels show no clear look through optics. If you look from the inside to the outside realm. It has a slight milky/blurry appearance. Unfortunately it takes the desired effect of a somewhat clear vision.

The milkyness is "not" on the outside surfaces, therefore it ist not a cleaning nor a leaking insulated glass unit issue.

The glass composition as follows:

Float 6mm lowE (SGG Climalit)

White Glass/Diamant 4mm

Float 6mm lowE (SGG Climalit)

Can any one describe the details for the autoclave pressure and temperature settings for different thickness. Share any links or related articles for the same. We are now working with 12.5 bar pressure and 135 degree temperature ,hold time 100 minutes. By this setting is running good with 6mm glass. But by this setting 12 mm thickness is getting bubbles.I am thanking in advance for share any suggestions
