Hi,

What glass I need to use for dance floor? Dance floor will be from glass segments (1,5m x 1,5m) and they will be placed on metal frame in about 20cm height. I heard that often is used 3x laminated glasses (tempered/not tempered/tempered), what thickness should they be? Also what bout clearness of this glass will be when girls with heels dance 1 year on this floor, is there will be a lot of scratches?

Does anyone know of the average costs associated with different methods of marking glass?-just a small logo/CE mark.

I have a client that is looking for oversized bent glass with high quality, he will not accept old furnace technology and the inherent distortion they produce. An approximate radius of some of the pieces are 117 inches and an Arc (Girth) of 198 inches. The project is in California, but any suppliers either domestic or international it does not matter.

Do you know what causes heat dimples on the surface of the glass? on clear glass and coated glass. Ceramic rollers were cleaned, quench was cleaned and air blown. this all of a sudden started, we had no problems with this before. now we have to lower the tempeture and longer heating time.

May I ask your assistance with regards to our tempered glass? We found out that our tempered glass was chipped off (shell type chippings) on the edge. Instead of having a spontaneous breakage, the glass stood still.

We want to know the reason why it does not break and your recommendations if there is a need to improve on this process. Hoping for your reply. Thank you.

I need a company to fabricate some small display items for my company. We provide retail store fixtures. We have a high end retailer we are trying to fine some visual glass cubes with a radius (bent glass). I need a total of 46 in 5-6 week lead time. Would also need a sample ASAP. We are willing to pay for over night shipping charges on both sample and complete order from outside the USA.
