Windows Active & FIT Show’s 30 Under 30 is back!

Following its successful debut in 2023, this initiative once again aims to recognise and reward the next generation of industry leaders—those who are pushing boundaries, driving innovation, and making a real difference in their field.

From product design and development to marketing, HR, apprenticeships, installation, and management, we want to highlight the individuals who are excelling in all areas of fenestration. Whether they are fitters, innovators on the shop floor, trainees, managers, or directors, we invite you to nominate the industry’s future leaders.

FIT Show event director, Nickie West comments: “We’re thrilled to be bringing our 30 Under 30 campaign, in conjunction with Windows Active, back for FIT Show 2025 after its hugely successful debut at FIT Show 2023. We’re hoping to build on the success of the launch campaign, which saw a high number and broad mix of entries.

We have long championed the importance of encouraging grassroots, attracting and nurturing new talent and helping to bridge the skills gap - 30 Under 30 allows us to do just that!  I’m excited to see this year's entries, and to announce and reward the final 30 at FIT Show 2025.”

• Nominee must be under 30 years old as of April 29, 2025
• Provide name, job title, company
• Submit 250 words explaining why they deserve recognition
• Share your nomination on social media using #FITShow30 or #WindowsActive30

• Nominations close: April 4, 2025
• Winners announced: April 11, 2025
• Awards presented at FIT Show: April 29 – May 1, 2025

A panel of senior industry experts will carefully evaluate all nominations to identify the most promising young talents in fenestration.

What Happens Next?

The final 30 Under 30 will be announced at a dedicated awards ceremony at FIT Show 2025. Winners will also be featured in the May edition of Windows Active Magazine and across FIT Show’s website, email, and social media channels.

Each winner will enjoy VIP status at FIT Show 2025 and be featured live on FIT Show TV!
