Well-Trained Operators for More Success

Date: 13 April 2012

Well-trained workers are more productive and satisfied and generally perform better. This is why we have been focusing on a comprehensive training programme from the very beginning.

Today we offer training courses in five different languages with a volume unique in the industry.

Decades of experience in the glass industry: the LiSEC Training Team members are on hand with help and advice

We have recently opened our new training centre covering an area of about 800 m², where we do not only share our know-how of machinery, but also prepare your employees for the demands of a modern production environment. With specific training programmes, operators will be taught, how to tap the full potential of machines, how to work more effectively, and how to address quality problems adequately. This will raise your employees’ quality awareness and, based on their know-how, prevent mistakes and increase employee safety.

While Theory is Good, Practice is Even Better

Apart from our specially equipped training centre, your employees will also benefit from our insulating glass manufacturing and glass processing plants. Both operate at a high level of automation, and supply us with crucial information for future developments.

Nevertheless, your employees will benefit from being trained in realistic working conditions, too. LiSEC is the only company capable of imparting both practically relevant knowledge and technological expertise. If requested, employees can also take part in the daily work process and gain valuable experience in real working conditions.

Our Offer at a Glance

Thanks to the fully operational machinery in the training centre at our headquarters in Austria, operators, line foremen and maintenance staff have the chance to gain new skills or deepen their knowledge in the following areas, depending on their education and interest:

  •     insulating glass machinerygas-filling pressessealing systems

  •     butyl applicators

  •     flexible spacer applicators

  •     float glass and laminated glass cutting processing machines

  •     individual training packages

You have the opportunity to book customised training programmes specifically tailored to your needs, which offer a very favourable cost-benefit ratio. Another important component of our programme is in-house training at your facility, a vital element particularly when combining individual machines into one system.

Training by LiSEC lets you get the most of your machinery

The primary objective of all LiSEC services is to guarantee efficient and smooth production. To this end, we offer training with a volume unique in the industry, from classical services through to the optimisation of your production and operational management.
