5 November has been set for the Ibero-American Glazed Enclosure Forum, which is being held in collaboration with ASEFAVE.

This key meeting will demonstrate the significance of this sector for Spain and Ibero-America.

VETECO will be held from 5 to 8 November at IFEMA MADRID, as part of the Semana Internacional de la Construcción.

The forthcoming edition of VETECO will host the Ibero-American Glazed Enclosure Forum in collaboration with ASEFAVE. This fair is of great importance for the positioning of Ibero-American events and for the unification of links between the main associations in this region.

The Ibero-American Forum will host several high-profile representatives from across the sector in Ibero-America. These include Ramón Santiago, President of Acolvise in Colombia; Fernando Rex, President of Achival in Chile; and Filipe Gattera, President of Afeal in Brazil. Also in attendance will be Aluvi, from Paraguay, with its president Reinaldo Dentice; Anfaje, from Portugal, with its president João Gomes; Apevic, from Peru, with its president Ignacio Labbé; Asovensa, from the Dominican Republic, with its president José Ventura; as well as Argentinean representatives and Miguel Robles, the president of Asefave in Spain, who currently holds the presidency of this forum.

The forum will take place between 16:00 and 18:00 on the first day of the Semana Internacional de la Construcción in the Forum shared by VETECO and SMARTDOORS in Hall 5.

For Miguel Robles, president of ASEFAVE, the Ibero-American Forum, held within the framework of VETECO, represents “a valuable opportunity to reinforce collaboration between Spanish-speaking countries in the window, façade and solar protection industry. We are confident that this meeting will facilitate the exchange of experiences and key knowledge, which will in turn drive innovation and sustainability in our sector.”

The Ibero-American-ASEFAVE Forum is a joint initiative that will analyse the situation of their markets and the challenges and opportunities of each of them. It will also strengthen collaboration between Ibero-American countries in the construction sector, particularly regarding solutions for façades and windows. This will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences, as well as the establishment of business alliances.
