PatioMaster South East was the first PatioMaster dealer to fabricate the new Triple-track sliding door system when it launched last year.

The system features two or four sliding sashes that stack neatly behind each other and the PatioMaster South East team has seen demand surge, with doors of up to 4.5 metres wide being ordered.

Simon Spiers, manager of the dealership, sums up the appeal of the system: “The Triple-track patio gives homeowners the on-trend look they want. And when it’s fabricated in grey 7016 – which has almost become the default option – they get the sleek look of aluminium with the practicality of PVC-U sliding doors.”

The Triple-track system offers up to 25% more open space than a conventional patio door, delivering the open-house feel homeowners are looking for, even with smaller frame sizes. It offers several key advantages over the bi-fold alternative. There are no panes of glass encroaching on inside or outside space when they’re open. And when they’re closed, they offer a greater uninterrupted view of the outside world because the panels can be up to 1,500mm wide, much wider than on a bi-fold.

The system has also been designed to make installers’ lives easier. There is a full range of ancillary products including cills, add-ons and couplers, posts and extension profiles. The rollers are edge-located for easy adjustment. There is also a mechanically jointed version for hard to access locations.

PatioMaster South East has been a PatioMaster dealer since 2002. It is a family-run business, with a caring, friendly and down-to-earth approach and the team are big fans of supporting their customers in their own business development. Like all PatioMaster dealers PatioMaster South East offers the benefit of outstanding technical and product support and rapid order turnaround. And in the Triple-track system it has a product that is on trend and a very appealing addition to any portfolio.
