Vitro Architectural Glass (formerly PPG Glass) announced that David Trautman has joined the company as national architectural manager for the Mid-Atlantic region—covering Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Washington DC.

As national architectural manager, Trautman will focus on delivering product, technology and service solutions to architectural designers and other customers in the commercial construction industry.

He joins Vitro with over 35 years of sales experience, architectural and channel support within the facades industry. Prior to joining Vitro, Trautman had a career with Kawneer that spanned over 30 years in various roles in architectural sales, consulting and major projects manager.

“David is an accomplished architectural sales manager and consultant with extensive experience in the commercial façade and fenestration markets,” said Joseph Sennese, director, architectural development, Vitro Architectural Glass. “His longtime experience and guidance with fenestration selections will assist the architect, designer and engineering communities as discussions lead to selecting glass products to meet the owner’s aesthetic desire and energy performance needs.”
