Spectus windows provide finishing touch for new build development in Derbyshire

The 78-house new build development is situated in the rural Derbyshire suburb of Bolsover. It is a mixture of two, three and four bed detached houses and bungalows all of which are finished to a very high specification and that includes the windows.

White casement windows that meet Document Q compliance and achieve a window energy rating of 1.2 W/m²K are required for all properties in the development but without compromising on the window aesthetics.
