Şişecam is steadily advancing towards its goal of ranking among the world's top three players in its main fields of activity. Sustainability is the focal point of Şişecam's business operations on this journey. As part of its sustainability strategy CareforNext, Şişecam prioritizes equality, diversity, and inclusion in its value chain as part of its commitments under the pillar of 'Empower Society.' Şişecam adapts its factory standards to women in order to support their participation in the workforce in all areas of its operations. In addition, Şişecam aims to inspire women in managerial roles with mentoring activities and accelerate the improvement of women's effectiveness with training courses under its "Women Expression" program. Şişecam is committed to boosting the percentage of female employees at the company from 24.2% in 2023 to over 25% in a short period of time.
