Fast-moving sash window specialists Roseview have topped off a raft of recent developments with the appointment of an experienced new technical service manager.

Glazing veteran Mick Line brings a quarter-century of fabrication and installation expertise to the role, which will see him head up the firm’s technical support services.

With Mick at the helm, Roseview customers will now benefit from dramatically improved response times to queries they make before or during a sash window installation.

Sales Director Richard Burrells comments: “Constant improvement – that’s the ethos that’s helped us build Roseview into the world-leading business it is today. Behind the scenes, we’re always working to push the boundaries of what’s possible and bring our customers an even better standard of product and service.

“That was our key motivation for hiring Mick. We decided we needed a full-time employee dedicated to offering our installers dedicated technical support – and Mick’s decades of experience made him the obvious choice. I’m delighted he’s joining the team and look forward to working with him in the months and years ahead.”

Mick’s appointment comes as just the latest development in Roseview’s forty-first year so far. Continuing to honour its trademark commitment to constant innovation, this year Roseview has made extensive investments to improve the specification of its products – crucially without passing that cost on to customers.

It’s also in the process of implementing a new bar-coding system for its factory, set to help increase efficiency and reduce human error.
