A unique built-in flashing apron enables easy installation so that the rooflight is recessed and the flashing blends in with the roof slates, whilst also adding to the minimalist design.

Manufactured with high specification triple glazing, as standard, LUXLITE™ offers market-leading U-values of 0.6 W/m2k, which gives all year round energy efficiency helping to keep rooms warmer in the Winter and cooler in the Summer.

The LUXLITE™ range of roof windows is  available as a fixed light in larger sizes of up to 3 metres in length (both portrait and landscape) and also in bespoke sizes to suit rafters and hole sizes.

“We have combined our composite material technologies to create this elegant, versatile and highly energy efficient pitched roof window that blends perfectly with pitched roofs” said Business Development Director, David Jones

In addition an electric opening version is available enabling a non manual method of opening the roof window to a 400mm opening.

This can be controlled by a wall mounted switch or remote control option with a rain sensor to enable auto close when rain is detected.

As with all Roof Maker products, LUXLITE™ comes with a 20-year unit seal warranty for complete peace of mind.
