The National Glass Association is pleased to announce the return of the NGA Blueprint for Collaboration event, taking place in conjunction with the AIA Conference on Architecture 2023 in San Francisco.

The 2nd annual NGA Blueprint for Collaboration will be held on June 8 from 5:30-9:00 pm.

This private reception and educational event will foster conversation around the challenges and solutions of glass in design with a prominent panel featuring representatives from the entire glass and glazing supply chain: Architects, Installers and Manufacturers.

Attendees will be able to earn up to 2.0 AIA LUs and enjoy complimentary refreshments and hors d'oeuvres. Participants will also have ample time for networking and exploring in the newly rennovated Hallidie Building. It is headquarters of the San Francisco AIA and known for being one of, if not the first, glass curtain wall designs west of the Mississippi. The Hallidie Building opened in 1918 and is a must-see San Francisco landmark among the city’s renowned architecture.

“We are excited to once again bring the ‘glass’ conversation directly to architects attending the AIA Conference on Architecture,” said Andrew Haring, Vice President of Business Development, National Glass Association. “The concept, diverse speaker lineup, venue and format for this event proved to create an ideal dynamic for ideation and collaboration in a fun and engaging setting in 2022. This year we’re building on that model to add even more networking and education ROI for all in attendance.”

More details, including session learning objectives, are forthcoming. While there is no cost to attend, registration is required. Space is limited to practicing architects and students only.

The NGA Blueprint for Collaboration is presented by the National Glass Association and supported by sponsoring companies C.R. Laurence, Dow, Vitro Architectural Glass, and YKK AP.
