Following Carl F Groupco’s successful launch of the ‘XL’ multipoint door lock, a new patio lock has been added to the company’s range.

The latest addition to the established hardware distributor’s portfolio has also achieved Secured by Design status and is offered with a 10 year mechanical guarantee.

Reporting on the latest lock additions to its catalogue, Carl F Groupco advises that the XL product – which it commissioned Fullex to manufacture – is proving popular as a full PAS23/24 compliant solution. Key to the positive response is the product’s versatility: designed for maximum flexibility, the XL can be configured for standard and short doors with the additional option of a slave variant for French doors.

Further to the success of the XL door lock, the new patio door lock features six bi-directional stainless steel hooks and a centre anti-lift bolt. One piece keeps are supplied as standard to make fitting fast and simple.
