NACC hosted a two-day Interrater Reliability Training workshop to bring added consistency to the audit process of conformity assessments for glazing contractors.

Conducted in Louisville, Kentucky, March 3-4, 2026, the workshop followed the National Glass Association’s BEC Conference.

The training reviewed contractor business and infrastructure requirements, safety control processes, contract administration for project management, and quality and process controls for glazing system fabrication and installation.

The NACC Certification Program is built on glazing industry best practices for glazing contractors to provide consistently successful glazing and building envelope project outcomes. Auditors that review and document evidence of contractor conformance with these best practices and process controls must have consistent evaluation skills. This workshop, along with ongoing training and evaluation, ensures program reliability.

Attendees included Scott Kennett, Jeff Dalaba, Jacob Chacko, David Cooper, Brendan Juge, Jeff Kelley, John Disbro, Steve Mays, and Tonya Fitzsimmons.
