Carl F Groupco Limited, the new company formed by the merger of two of the longest established suppliers of hardware to the window and door industry, is moving into ultra-modern premises in Peterborough.

Built in 2005, the clear span building with pallet racking to a height of more than eight metres, and set within its own substantial grounds, offers considerable scope for the planned growth of the new company and its portfolio.The move will be completed by 2nd August 2010.



Meticulous planning and preparation has been at the heart of the relocation, ensuring that customer service is protected during each phase of the move.



Commenting on the significance of the development, John Crittenden, Managing Director of the new company, said:



This is a fantastic opportunity for Carl F Groupco to take a massive step forward. The facility is modern with many energy saving features demonstrating our corporate social responsibility and ensuring the comfort of our staff. This is an ambitious company, we mean business and the move is giving us every chance of realising our potential.”                                                                                                 



The Scottish market will continue to be served through operations in Cumbernauld under the new company name.
