Looking Back on a Successful 2011

Looking back 2011 was a successful year for Lisec. Not only did we celebrate the Company’s 50-year anniversary, but we also achieved a 25% increase in sales worldwide.

All regions saw significant improvements to their business and as an organization we achieved and in many cases exceeded our targeted goals for the year. We are glad that you put your trust in us, and that you continue to rely on our high quality products. Our success in 2011, recent orders and the ongoing demand for our machinery show that we are on the right way.

We attribute much of this success to the measures taken in 2010 as well as the efforts of our dedicated employees worldwide. We believe that these measures as well as the past year have set the stage for continued growth for Lisec in both the short and long-term. Among the measures taken were a global reorganization of the Sales Department, as well as the consolidation of our software operations into the new global business area Automation. With new offices in Brazil, Malaysia, Poland and Turkey, we are extending our presence around the globe in order to get even closer to you.

Gerhard Sonnleitner (CFO): "Our task is to identify market trends early on and offer suitable solutions.

"Additionally, we have renewed our focus on our core business, which has allowed us to stand out from competitors through all-in-one concepts andintegrated automation solutions.

These changes along with others allow us to realize synergies within the Group as well as leveraging our expertise and better serve you, our customers.

Thanks to our broad portfolio and the emphasis we put on quality and service, we are well positioned to meet increased demand for our products in 2012.  We will continue to develop new solutions in our approach to the market with a strong focus on high quality products and services. Innovation will continue to be the most important element of our ongoing business strategy, as we consider it our responsibility to respond to our customers’ growing needs.
