Learn more about GlassBuild Connect, Sept.1-30.

Date: 18 August 2020

A completely new Glass & Finestration online experience, powered by NGA.

Q WHAT IS GLASS BUILD CONNECT?

A:  Now that the live GlassBuild America trade show is cancelled for this year in Las Vegas, we are connecting buyers and sellers—attendees and exhibitors—online for a month-long products and education-stacked event – GlassBuild Connect. Starting September 1, registered visitors to GlassBuild.com can view, drill down, reach out and connect to learn about thousands of products and services from nearly 350 of the industry’s leading glass and fenestration suppliers.

Registrants will also have access to daily special education and trends and demo events, such as:

  • Trendhunter coverage highlighting industry innovations
  • Daily demos and videos
  • Technical and code presentations
  • “Ask the experts” opportunities
  • Interviews and vlogs with Glass Magazine and Window+Door editors
  • Webinars and town halls with “must know now” content
  • Social media “takeovers” for product categories

Registrants will get alerts about special content for each themed weekday:

  • Manufacturing Mondays
  • Outlook Tuesdays
  • Performance Wednesdays
  • Installation Thursdays
  • Fenestration Fridays

Q: WHY ONE MONTH AND NOT THE SUAL THREE SHOW DAYS OR EVEN A WHOLE YEAR?

A:  We believe one month will give buyers plenty of time to view nearly 350 online exhibitors and take advantage of all the other special events we have planned.

As for spreading it out over a full year, NGA hosts other conferences, webinars and events throughout the year which have a tremendous following and bring value to the industry, and we do not want to conflict with those events.

Q: HOW DO I ACCESS GLASSBUILD CONNECT?

A: GlassBuild Connect registration opens August 3 on the GlassBuild.com website. Past attendees and everyone else in NGA’s database will be notified to register for free.

Q: HOW CAN I REACH A GLASSBUILD CONNECT EXIBITOR TO GET INFORMATION AND MAKE PURCHASES?

A:  Every GlassBuild Connect exhibitor will provide detailed contact information on their profile pages as well as links to their websites to see and learn more.

Q: AS AN EXIBITOR, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET INVOLVED WITH GLASSBUILD CONNECT?

A: An NGA GlassBuild Connect team member will contact you to make certain we have the most current company and product information and photos, and to walk you through additional steps and options to maximize ROI.

Q:AS AN EXIBITOR WHO SHOULD I CONTACT WITH ANY QUESTIONS?

  • For exhibit space questions, contact Jonathan Watson at jwatson@glass.org or 703-442-4890, ext. 142.
