Glaston RC350™ flat tempering furnace with the Vortex Plus™ or Vortex Pro™ convection system offers an impressive tempering solution that provides energy efficiency and ease of use for high quality production. Existing machines can also expand to a wider application range with minimal energy consumption through a Vortex Pro™ upgrade.

 

Glaston Upgrades and Modernization services offer you several new innovations to upgrade your existing tempering lines. Glaston iControL™ control system upgrade offers the latest automation platform, extended lifetime and fast and intuitive use of the tempering line. The replacement of the existing heating chamber with Glaston RC200-zone™ upgrade enables to meet the latest demands in high quality and Low-E processing and the replacement of bottom heating and measuring system, Glaston RHC™ provides automatic adjustment of the bottom heat level to balance the roller temperatures, providing better yield and improved quality.

Glaston Hiyon, the new family of vertical edging machines with cup wheels is availabe with four models for flat edge with arrises and 2 for variable angle chamfering. Some of the innovative features: double driven conveyor, energy saving, jumbo mode, GRIND&STOP function, wireless connectivity, user-friendly touch screen, etc.

 

Glaston XtraEdge,  inheriting the experience in VX, VX EVO and VX Poweredge double edging machine production, is pursuing Glaston history with "Xtra" performance and functions. Available in 4 settings with 8,10, 11 and 12 cup wheels each side and in 11 different sizes, from 1.000 mm to 7.200 mm width, XtraEdge can assure excellent technical solutions and grant quality and reliability with new attention to innovation, eco friendliness and energy saving.

 

Glaston UC Series automatic cutting lines is a new range of fully automatic cutting lines delivering outstanding performance and reliability at an affordable price. High levels of performance as well as accuracy have been achieved thanks to a double servo drive system and lighter but stronger bridge, and a new patented cutting head design. Coupled with a new-generation, faster and more versatile range of loaders and proven break-out tables, the UC Series is well suited for the most demanding cutting applications.

 

Glaston Tools introduces SolarTech and WhiteTech, the new high performing wheels for solar, white goods and furniture applications. These innovative ranges are conceived by developing an innovative metal bond which can assure a perfect wheel profile even after grinding thousands of meters of glass at high speed. SolarTech and WhiteTech are precise, very easy to use as perfectly balanced, they can grant a long lasting and stable performance at the top of the field and they are suitable for any brand and type double edgers using peripheral wheels in the market.
