For this the cutting table is combined with loading arms (with suction cups) and conveyor belts.   This completely new and revolutionary system, brings high efficiency by eliminating idle times through its automatic and integrated loading system.

Because of the automatic positioning and automatic unloading three different stations working together, loading, cutting and breaking on the same cutting line.

This new system can work also with a laminated cutting table at the end of the line. It’s able to operate automatically cuts in X, Y and Z and with the main advantage of reducing time, compared to the traditional tilting/loading systems.

TUROMAS-TECNOCAT has ALSO developed a new loading system (RS3) to feed the cutting line. This rack shuttle is able to bring the complete rack in front of the cutting table which can have 2 glass sheets on the table at the same time to increase production capacity.

This new system can also be integrated not only with this new cutting line but with all the existing cutting tables of TUROMAS-TECNOCAT.

TUROMAS-TECNOCAT is represented in the DACH-countries and Benelux by Füldner Machines.

Both new systems will be exposed on the Glasstec in Hall 15 at Booth A21
