Innovative products bring a new level of choice to the market.

General Glass International (GGI) today announced two new picture frame glass products that provide high-performance display and protection for art of any kind – Preservation Clear 99™ (PC99) and Artglass UV 99™.

With the addition of these innovative products, which are manufactured by Gro Glass, GGI can now provide a best-in-class solution for the full array of picture frame glass needs.

Both new products meet the ISO 18902 standard, delivering 99% UV protection. Providing ripple-free visibility and zero color shift, they meet or exceed the performance of currently available alternative products.

PC99 and Artglass UV 99 also offer superior durability compared to competitive products. Artglass UV 99 offers the advantage of a full view of the protected image, with less than 1% light reflection.

“We’ve been working steadily to increase the choice available to the US picture frame glass market,” said Richard Balik, Executive VP, at GGI.

“With PC99 and Artglass UV 99 rounding out the GGI portfolio, we provide distributors and manufacturers with an exceptionally customer-oriented and flexible partner for all their picture frame glass needs.”

Versatile availability and delivery

Both PC99™ and Artglass UV 99™ are available in different size lites. They are in stock at GGI’s dedicated production and distribution facility in Rockingham NC, enabling short lead times for delivery.

Orders can be combined with other GGI picture frame glass products for more convenient and cost-effective shipment.
