Seasoned fenestration industry professional Hannah Howdle joins the Fenex team.

Fenex, the fenestration sector’s first virtual and hybrid expo, is happy to announce that Hannah Howdle has returned to fenestration and joined the growing Fenex team as Client Relationship Manager.

Hannah was part of the trade counter team that built up Truemans in Sheffield. One of the great success stories of the last ten years in our industry. Hannah fronted the trade counter in Holbrook, Sheffield, and went on to remain front-of-house after Truemans was acquired by Stevenswood.

After a brief fenestration hiatus, Hannah now joins the Fenex team and is reunited with past colleagues from the original trade counter line-up in Sheffield. With major expansion and plans ahead, there was a pressing need to appoint a clear point of call for all Fenex’s customer service needs.

Speaking about the appointment of Hannah to the team, co-founder Lee Clarke said: “I’m thrilled to have Hannah on board looking after all of our valued customers. The industry knows her for her enthusiasm at Truemans, and famously winning a National Fenestration Award in 2014! Hannah won Young Person of The Year as voted by the industry. I was excited for her prospects when I handed her that award and I’m even more energised now she has joined the growing team at Fenex. It’s such an amazing story.”

Nicola Betts, Head of Marketing for Fenex adds: “I’m thrilled to be reunited with Hannah! We started working in fenestration around the same time many years ago and the bond we created has never been broken. We work well together and are keen to throw all our enthusiasm, connections and insights into things at Fenex. We’re so excited about the future.”

Hannah added: “This is a great opportunity for me to put my fenestration experience back to work and develop a customer care strategy. Nurturing, assisting, and helping customers grow and develop is important to me. I will also be assisting in the Sales and Marketing plans throughout the year, which is hugely exciting too, especially with the hybrid event in 2023. As a former NFA winner, I feel like part of the family already, which is the working environment I’ve been craving. I honestly can’t wait to meet all the current Fenex customers and welcome all the new ones on board!”
