TRADITION AND INNOVATION ON SHOW AT GLASSTEC 2002With their three new lines of decorative profiles developped especially for the stained glass and cathedral glass units producers, FBSPROFILATI s.r.l. confirms the constant evolution of their production.

Stained glass panels are in fact inserted not only in innovative designed doors and windows , but also in sliding doors and partition doors to create elegant and refined surroundings in modern furnishing. The three lines of profiles, like all of FBSProfilati decorative profiles, are extremely easy and quick to assemble. They are:

SERIES FB 1200
A range of brass and copper profiles to create welded stained-glass units. The main quality of these profiles is the total absence of lead in their composition. Lead is notoriously responsible of serious environmental damages and cause of health problems for the people who have to work with it. Brass and copper are extremely ductile materials and make the creation of round and soft design lines extremely easy. The profiles are available for 3 and 4 mm. thick coloured glass.

SERIES FB 1291-1292
They represents the aluminium version of the previous products. Aluminium allows a wider range of finishings as well as great lightness and dynamics. Available in all the anodised colours (glod, silver, chrome,..), as well as lacquered (white, black , beige, alumatt…) and the sophisticated hot-printed wood-type finishings (brier, oak, beech, mahogany, walnut, cherry…). The assembly is very simply obtained by fixing the profiles with sylicone or glue.

SERIES FB 1156-1157
They represent the final result of the evolution from the traditional assembly techniques (welding and glueing) into the practical assembly with accessories and joints. The profiles is in fact cut straight at 90° degrees and assembled with the wide range of angled joints to create all the different combinations of designs and ornaments. The profiles are available in a wide range of colours and for 3 and 4 mm. thick coloured glass.
