DAMAC Properties has issued a new tender for enabling works on its VERA Residences, a luxurious 30-storey tower in the heart of Business Bay, with elegantly appointed interiors, world-class amenities, and breath-taking views of Dubai Canal.

The tender is being issued for enabling work, which will prepare the ground for foundational layout, piling work, followed by main construction work. The tower includes a basement and ground level, three podium levels, 25 residential floors and a roof top.

“DAMAC is issuing the tender following unprecedented response by buyers for this value-driven investment proposition, located in the most desirable area of Dubai,” said Mohammed Tahaineh, Senior Vice President – Commercial, DAMAC Properties. “We wanted to start construction work without delay, to be in a position to deliver the units to their new owners as quickly as we can.”

The enabling works tender is for foundational work at the VERA Residences site, and will see the appointment of enabling contractor to take place by first week of April, with the enabling works being completed within 30 days after the contract award.

Strategically placed at the epicentre of one of Dubai’s business hot-spots, VERA Residences’ close proximity to the prestigious Downtown Dubai district offers the ultimate lifestyle for those seeking a lively community with connectivity to the city.

The 30-storey tower is complemented by life-enhancing amenities including dedicated children’s play area, barbecue area, temperature-controlled swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness centre, jogging track, steam rooms and sauna, landscaped gardens, as well as covered parking. Vera Residences will also include a shopping boulevard, further elevating the community feel and providing convenience to residents.
