Corning Incorporated Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer James B. Flaws will participate in discussions with investors at meetings in Denver and Chicago on June 18 and 19, respectively.

Flaws will address questions posed by investors and discuss the company's expectations for its growth opportunities and performance in 2007 at both meetings. The company has no changes to its previously disclosed second-quarter guidance.
