There is still time to contribute to the 99th Glass-Technology Conference—the final extension for abstract submissions is open until 31 January 2026.

The conference will take place on 2–3 June 2026 at the Congress Centrum Würzburg, Germany, bringing together glass researchers, industry experts and young professionals to discuss the latest developments in glass science and technology.

Session Overview:

  • Session 1: Structure, Properties & Characterisation of Glasses
  • Session 2: Glass-Ceramics, Crystallisation & Novel Glass Compositions
  • Session 3: Applications & Application-related Challenges
  • Session 4: Modelling, Simulation, Data & Artificial Intelligence
  • Session 5: Industrial Glass Melting & Furnace Technologies
  • Session 6: Recycling, Raw Materials & Sustainable Glass Production
  • Session 7: Glass Forming, Processing, Automation & Additive Manufacturing

Please note: All contributions must be submitted in English.
