LG Hausys plans to take over the whole 20 percent stakes in Hausys Interpane, which were owned by its joint venture partner Interpane Glas Industrie AG.

LG Hausys established the joint venture with the German’s leading glass manufacturer on September 2010 to produce and sell low-emissivity glass, or low-e glass, from Interpane.
