Partnership Leverages Combined Technology and Innovation Know-How

aluplast® strengthens its position in the US market through the acquisition of the uPVC system provider Chelsea Building Products. The aluplast group, which holds a portfolio of global holdings and is an industry-leading brand in Europe, extends its portfolio for windows and doors, siding, mouldings and more.

Through the acquisition of the company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, aluplast can extend its market positon in the US Market and rely on Chelsea’s strong brand reputation, high-quality products, and diverse portfolio.

Chelsea Building Products will continue to operate independently, maintaining its current identity in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, as well as in the marketplace.
