For the new flat glass production and processing lines in Guaratingueta, Sao Paulo Brazil, AGC has chosen proven EME technology again.

The glass factory is a milestone for AGC and its first in South America. Even more reason to select dependable partners such as EME. Following the order for the batch house, EME has now received the contract for the cullet return system in Brazil.

The new float line has a daily capacity of 600 tons and will produce flat glass mainly in automotive and mirror quality. The cullet return system serves the float line, a cutting line for automobile glass, as well as another processing line.

EME has already supplied AGC a turnkey batch house and cullet return system for their project in Klin (Russia) and is underlining its strong position for batch house and cullet return systems in the flat glass industry.
