When the glass tempered,it will have a weakness, it's easy spontaneous breakage when bump the edge, and the advantage is it's safety . so just relax about tempered glass.but our foreign clients every cared about the breakage. I have built a DIY anamorphic lens for my home theater using two crystal glass prisms (4" x 6"). We are interested in adding an inexpensive anti-reflective coating to these prisms to reduce reflections that bounce back to the screen from the lens arrangement. Are there any companies that can do this? Thanks.

I am looking for a non-contact method , sensing coated glass on a piece by piece production line, for quality control purposes. Idealy a sensor, I have trialled a few but no success. Does anyone have, for example a double glazing line that indicates the coated side of a lite?
