Vitro Architectural Glass has announced the promotion of commercial account manager Daniel Plotnick to Manager of International Sales.

In this expanded role, Plotnick will lead a sales team consisting of Khaled Raslan, Senior Architectural Manager, UAE, and Roy Goh, Architectural Manager, ASEAN. He will also continue to support customers in the New England states and Western Europe regions.

“Daniel made an immediate impact when he joined Vitro in 2019 and has done a fantastic job executing across multiple sales territories,” said Mark Seeton, Vice President of Sales at Vitro Architectural Glass. “His sales success overseas has been instrumental in our growth and ability to reach new customers. We know he’s built to succeed in this expanded sales role, which will help our current and new international clients meet their needs and goals.”

During his Vitro tenure, Plotnick has provided sales and service support to fabricators and glaziers in the New England region, including the New York City metro area, as well as areas in Europe and the Middle East. The Masters of Business Administration (MBA) graduate from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland has more than 25 years of experience in commercial sales.

Plotnick’s promotion follows the retirement announcement of longtime Vice President of International Sales Glenn Davis, who is leaving Vitro after 41 years of service.
