Viracon Reopens in Statesboro

Over 270 people are back on their jobs in Bulloch County.Viracon, a company that makes commerical glass celebrated its grand re-opening Thursday.Viracon closed its doors at the end of February to make some $6 million of renovations to its facility.

During that time, the company had to furlough its nearly 350 employees.

The facility re-opened in Mid-August, and 80 percent of their previous workforce returned in Mid-September.
