Taliya Minullina participates in a meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan with the leadership of Saint-Gobain company

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the leadership of the company “Saint-Gobain” (France) at the House of the Government of Tatarstan, where TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina participated.

During today's meeting discussed the future plans for the project implementation, perspective areas of cooperation.Rustam Minnikhanov, welcoming the Director General of “Saint Gobain” in Russia and the CIS Gonzaga Arnoux  de Pire, reminded that the parties met earlier in the framework of the international St.Petersburg Economic Forum.

Gonzaga Arnoux de Pire thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for the support and stated that Tatarstan is an important region in terms of development of the company’s business.

Saint-Gobain and Turkish holding Sisecam are implementing the project of production of automobile glass and construction materials in Alabuga Special economic zone. "Automat Glass Alliance Rus" is the first foreign investment projects on creation of stamping production in the Republic of Tatarstan. The opening took place on August 29, 2014. The company is one of the leaders of the Turkish industry, the new plant "Dzhoshkunoz Alabuga" produces stamped car body parts for the joint venture Ford Sollers, created by Ford Motor Company and JSC "Sollers". LLC "Dzhoshkunoz Alabuga" is the winner in the nomination of the best investment project of the automotive sector in Russia in 2013.
