The Surry County Board of Commissioners announced Tuesday it will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. Oct. 29 in the county government center to consider a grant/capital project ordinance, a budget amendment and a grant refund related to Pittsburgh Glass Works LLC.   Read more here.
