StekloSouz signed a cooperation agreement with the Arbitration court of arbitration

August 3, 2015 in StekloSouz Russia signed an agreement on cooperation with the Arbitration arbitration court of Moscow.

The document was signed by Viktor Osipov, president StekloSouz Russia and Alexey Kravtsov, President of the Court.   Arbitration Arbitration Court accepts a case for the whole of Russia.The reason for signing the document served as system defaults related businesses Glassworks, which is extremely negative impact on the economic stability of the industry.

Under the jurisdiction of this court fall civil cases where the contracts stipulates: "All disputes hereunder referred for determination to the discretion of the plaintiff, either in state court or arbitration Arbitration Court of Moscow." In accordance with applicable law writs will be issued by the state court of the place of arbitration.

The Court has recognized and recommendations largest business community: the Association of Regional Banks of Russia, the Association of Russian Builders, Leasing Union, Association of Microfinance Organizations Association Oboronstroy, public organization "Business Russia" and many others.

The trial was coordinated by the Tender Committee of the Moscow Government to work with the Government of Moscow government customers.

Presidium of the Russian expects StekloSouz using this legal instrument to change this extremely dangerous situation in the glass factories and enterprises of industrial processing of glass for various sectors of the economy. Responsible for the implementation of the Agreement Talakuev appointed Nikolai Pavlovich, director of StekloSouz Russia.
