Luoyang NorthGlass Taixin Fan Technology Co.,Ltd. recently changed its name to Luoyang NorthGlass Three-dimensional Flow Fan Technology Co.,Ltd. due to operational needs.

Luoyang NorthGlass Taixin Fan Technology Co.,Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luoyang NorthGlass Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NorthGlass"), recently changed its name to Luoyang NorthGlass Three-dimensional Flow Fan Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NorthGlass Three-dimensional Flow Fan Company ") due to operational needs.

When it comes to the reason for the company's name change, it should be from the three-dimensional flow technology. The three-dimensional flow theory was first established by Professor Wu Zhonghua, who simplified the complex three-dimensional flow field into countless streamlines and corresponding flow surfaces formed according to different laws, and creatively linked the flow fields, flow surfaces and streamlines organically. This theory has been widely used in the design of advanced aeroengines in the world.

Simply speaking, three-dimensional flow is a more advanced design method of fan impeller. Stage research and trial production show that, under the same performance, the fan diameter can be reduced by 5%, the efficiency increased by more than 5%, and noise decreased significantly.

Single One-Dimensional Impeller

For the ordinary one-dimensional impeller, the airflow has a great impact at the blade inlet, resulting in a great energy loss, the airflow separation at the outlet of the blade is the most serious, and the impeller has the lowest efficiency.

Single Two-Dimensional Impeller

For the ordinary two-dimensional impeller, the airflow impact and separation are improved obviously, but the space for further improvement of aerodynamic performance is limited

For the three-dimensional impeller, blade profile design is more suitable for the actual flow of airflow in the impeller, the separation was inhibited to the maximum extent

This time, the company was renamed as Luoyang NorthGlass Three-dimensional Flow Fan Technology Co.,Ltd., which blew the charge signal of NorthGlass three-dimensional flow technology series research and gradually replaced the existing technology, clarify the future development direction of NorthGlass Three-dimensional Flow Fan Company, and redefined the enterprise mission of NorthGlass Three-dimensional Flow Fan Company.

In the future, NorthGlass Three-dimensional Flow Fan Company will carry on the banner of popularizing three-dimensional flow technology in domestic fan industry, and make continuous efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of domestic fan users, reduce noise and reduce consumption.
