Rayson and RTK announce merger

Flat Glass industries has announced that its RTK subsidiary has merged with the Rayson Industries subsidiary of Scholz Industries.   According to a statement from Flat Glass Industries, the integration of the facilities of the two companies will lead to manufacturing efficiencies.
