Hardware distribution company Carl F Petersen Ltd has added Briwax Professional products to its range.

Easy-to-use touch up pens, profile repair kits and a heating iron are now featured in the company’s portfolio.  Commenting on the benefits of adding the complementary products to its catalogue and confirming the strength of the Briwax Professional brand, Business Development Manager, Bruce Bradshaw said: “Briwax Professional products have for many years been recognised as the quality products to conceal minor imperfections on timber or PVC frame materials.Even large holes and chisel marks can be repaired, rescuing damaged frames and avoiding costly re-makes.

“In addition to the extensive range of standard touch-up pens to conceal scratches and corner grooves, fine tipped pens are now available from Carl F to draw grain lines on foiled profiles. A wide range of whites and colours match the original frame materials. Soft wax sticks are available for use on wood and plastic to repair scratches, cracks and small holes. Hard wax sticks can be melted using the heating iron for use on large holes/scratches and, used in conjunction with soft wax, textured wood grain finishes can be recreated.
