PPG, Pipitone Group win marketing leadership award from BD+C magazine

PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG) announced it has won a Building Design+Construction (BD+C) magazine Marketing Leadership Award for a digital advertisement created by the Pipitone Group, Pittsburgh, that promotes the environmental sustainability of PPG glass.

The advertisement, titled “The Next Generation,” features SOLARBAN(R) R100 glass, a solar control, low-emissivity (low-e) glass that PPG recently introduced.It was selected by the judges for a “nice balance of imagery and text.”

The BD+C Marketing Leadership Awards recognize print, digital and integrated advertising campaigns that demonstrate excellence in creativity, message and effectiveness. Winners were chosen by an independent panel of architects and building industry professionals.
