The Group has launched a new glass distribution centre in Lima, Peru, to serve customers in that country. The stockroom has capacity for 1,300 tons of glass on special racking designed to maximise the space available.

The team of three employees has been fully trained to offer technical advice to clients on the full range of products.

The centre is close to Pilkington's key Peruvian customers and logistics operators and is aimed at improving service to existing clients and increasing sales coverage and market penetration across the country as a whole.
