ULYANOVSK. Sept 19 (Interfax) - A joint venture Pilkington of Britain is involved in will be setting up in Ulyanovsk Region facilities for the production of energy-efficient float glass in Ulyanovsk Region with the investment of 7 billion rubles.

The regional administration's press service said that Ulyanovsk Region Governor Sergei Morozov and the deputy of the board of directors at LLC JV Glass Holdings B.V.Paul Ravenscroft signed a memorandum of intent on Tuesday.
