Online Robustness Assessment Form - Glass structures

Task Group 9 'Learning from failures' has developed and implemented an Online Robustness Assessment Form to collect and study failure cases related to glass structures.

Practitioners and academics are welcome to contribute to the survey with filling in the form about any known or unknown structural failure within the area of structural glazing and glass facades.Cases from own experience and from literature study as well are appreciated and will be handled confidentially.
The direct outcome of the survey would be a state-of-the-art report on robustness of glass structures and shared with the contributors first (if requested).
