On 23 May, 2011, the NSG Group announced a plan to build a new value-added float line in Vietnam to increase its production of specialist products to supply the solar energy sector.

However, company officials today announced that they have decided to delay the construction of the solar energy line after reviewing market demand in the current global economic environment. A revised timetable for the project will be determined in due course.
