Miyachi Highlighting Hot Products at Productronica NEXT WEEK

On display will be the unique “newhorizon” resistance welders, Remote Services with AWS3, hybrid laser welding, and the compact “newhorizon” hot bar designed for the electronics, automotive, medical, and IT industries. The show will be held in Munich, DE from November 12-15th.



MIYACHI PECO’s “newhorizon” resistance welding equipment is a new generation of modular weld heads and pincers that allow users to select and combine various components best suited for their applications. This gives customers maximum flexibility and reduces cost.



In addition, Miyachi Europe will show remote services for its high-end resistance welding modules such as AWS3 and MG3. Remote Services enable customers with multiple locations to have full process control. It is also an ideal solution for customers with high uptime system demands. With remote services a PC and a VPN connection builds a bridge between the product and the expert, remotely. This minimises travel efforts, saves on time, and costs.



The new MIYACHI UNITEK DC29 power supply and low force electronic 320 Series weld head completes the presentation of resistance welding innovations at the show.



A selection of unique MIYACHI and MIYACHI UNITEK Laser Welders will be present at the booth. The MIYACHI Green Laser Welder ML-8150C and the Nd:YAG laser welder ML-2350C can be combined as a hybrid solution that provides high-quality welding of various materials, particularly copper. In addition, the new MIYACHI UNITEK LF500W laser welder offers the precise control needed for fine cutting, small component welding, and penetration welding of metals.



A compact MIYACHI EAPRO “newhorizon” hot bar solution will be on display. This newhorizon hot bar product line covers a complete range of systems offering Pulsed Heat and Constant Heat temperature controllers, low-force and high-force bonding heads, and a full automatic ACF Laminating system. These solutions offer an ideal price-performance ratio for hot bar reflow soldering and heat-seal bonding applications especially in the IT, multimedia, and electronics industries.
