Mid-American Glass to implement FeneVision neo ERP software

Date: 21 October 2013

Davenport, Iowa based Mid-American Glass (MAG) recently decided to install brand-new software from Ohio-based software specialist FeneTech.

For over 25 years, Mid-American Glass has dedicated itself to customer satisfaction and service—standards that have served as the company’s benchmarks for success. As the glass industry has grown and customer demands for real time information and supplier flexibility have increased, it was imperative that MAG find a software supplier to help them meet these present needs and yet plan for the coming years with technology that has been uniquely designed to meet future needs.

Michelle Magyar, President of MAG: “I was immediately impressed with the vast experience of the FeneTech sales team and their clear understanding of our industry and our needs as a distributor/fabricator of both glass and architectural metal. That understanding is also directly reflected in the software product they have developed--it almost feels as if this product was designed exclusively for us. Our choice of FeneVision neo ERP software came down to one very important question: Will this system enhance our ability to provide quality product and superior service to our customers? Even if I had not considered other software vendors, it was very clear that this software would have an immediate impact upon Mid-American Glass by making it a better company.

I am very excited about the benefits our customers will experience once we implement FeneVision. These advantages include streamlining our production processes to real time product tracking, to enhanced flexibility and communication of detailed status information. MAG has always known that our path to success relies upon our ability to partner with our customers to help make them the best they can be. Installing FeneVision neo ERP at Mid-American Glass is another testament of our continued commitment to our customers and to our vital role in their continued success.”

Horst Mertes, VP of Sales and Marketing for FeneTech Inc.: “We are delighted about MAG’s decision to install FeneVision neo ERP. We are equally proud to partner with MAG as we shepherd them into a new era of technology. We have no doubt that FeneVision will enable MAG to not only achieve their present goals, but to exceed their long-term expectations.”
